Ludmila* (St. Petersburg)	Dec 2000	Ludmila Lizbanova has been in the marriage business for about 10 years, and has worked with many, many RWLers.  She is success motivated rather than money motivated, which has resulted in her being overworked and underpaid.  I've made 2 three week trips to St. Pete and Ludmila has always handled all my needs very professionally.  My big problem why I haven't found THE ONE is my desire to find a woman that is right on the line between fantasy and reality.  But Ludmila has done everything she possibility could do to help me.  Even on my last trip to Sevastopol, she tried to help me obtain a fiancee visa for a woman I had met.                 Eventually the woman and I decided we weren't right for each other.  Now Ludmila is helping me to correspond with a woman from Tver and money has never been mentioned.  I'm sure that when I visit Ludmila in Feb, I'll have to insist that she take compensation for her efforts.  Ludmila is truly a matchmaker and will just as quickly tell you that a woman is not right for you as she will recommend others.  Her very beautiful and sexy 27 y.o. daughter Inga, works with her as well as a translator.      St. Pete may be a somewhat expensive city to visit and the agency women tend to be very picky and spoiled, but I know I can always rely on Ludmila for the best service and honest guidence.  Ludmila can be reached at  812 532 3175.  I know if you put out a request for comments about Ludmila on RWL, you'll have more than you could publish.  Ludmila truly is a woman who deserves all the positive comments she receives.       Aloha from Maui.	bobash
Moscow for You (Moscow)	Nov 2000	I used the services of Andrei Urakov's Moscow for You-Escort, Transportation, Translation,  and can attest that he is a good man to know. Andrei met me in November 2000 at S-2 and escorted me to Red Square and to downtown Moscow. There he helped me find the agency office where I registered my visa. He then escorted me to Vnukovo airport, where I took a flight to Ulyanovsk.  He is a likeable, bright, and personable young man. He is very interested in things American. A Charming Lady*   Odessa International* (Ukraine)	Sept  2000	Reasonable prices and personal support beyond compare ... like having a 2nd mother and fairy god- mother.  She has also experienced the K1 Visa process first hand ...wonderful resource. Woman's World (Lugansk)	August 2000	I have used Woman's World services in the past.  I know the agency manager and owner personally and know they offer a good service and will treat you fairly.  The women on their web site are real and they go to long lengths to keep their reputation amongst the girls.  I would recommend them if you are going to be in Eastern Ukraine. Not a beautiful area of the country, but the people are nice.        There was a woman from the agency that I wanted to meet, but couldn't get to Lugansk.  The manager and the girl came to Moscow in August 1999 and we had a great time.  I also went to Lugansk in 2000 and met with the owner of the agency.  I had already met my future wife so wasn't searching.  They were taking care of a guy that week and he was having a great time. Svetlana Agency (St. P)	April 2000	Friendly, prompt service, counselor knows most of the girls,  gives good advice, a bit pricy but who cares if you are looking for love, look at the time we all spend on this system for heavens sakes! The romance mail option on the web site is great, unlimited!  Svetlana Agency in St Petersburg: rates an "8" on a scale of 1-10. The good: well run, responsive, counselor knows the ladies, gave accurate appraisal of the pro and con of each lady of interest. The bad: pricey, has some of the same girls available from other agencies for lower price.	Carlo
Apartments and Service (St. P, Moscow)	April 2000	I would like to recommend Regina Noack.  She's located in Berlin, but brokers flats in St. Pete and Moscow. Very reasonably priced and nice.  She was recommended to me by another member about two years ago, but I can't find her anywhere in the archives.      I checked with about a dozen sources, and she gave us the best deal.  Regina was wonderful. We rented a large one room flat (plus kitchen, bath and WC) with TV, dishes, etc. for a good price. It was a 15-20 minute walk to Nevsky Prospekt, close to the fish market, metro, several grocery stores, Mariinsky Theatre.       The landlady collected the money, and also got a friend of hers to give us a ride to the train station when we left.	am4rw
Russian Girls Klub* (Stavropol and Moscow)	Sept 1999	I wrote and visited a very nice woman from RGK's Stavropol office. This was when Steve still lived in Stavropol. I did not  partake of the "social" (against Steve's advice) but Steve was very good about seeing that the lady and I had a great time, both in Stavropol and Moscow.       Things did not work out as I had hoped with the woman, but Steve was very helpful and supportive during the whole process. I would not hesitate to  recommend his services to anyone interested in going to Moscow or Stavropol. Lifetime Partners (Tver)   A Foreign Affair* (St. P, Moscow, more)	May 1999	I was on one of the A Foreign Affair (AFA) tours to St Pete in May of 99. The trip was great. I can't say anything but good things about these guys.  They run an agency that caters to a wide range of desires and aspirations. You will find what you're looking for with them. If you know what you are looking for, and are sure what you are looking for and let them know. They will present you the opportunity. If you blow it after that well, it is on you.       Also, I personally recommend Marc Dayton at Lifetime Partners as the guy to talk to. He is married to a Russian girl (his mother-in-law manages the e-mail in Tver).  Marc is a real down to earth no bull kinda' guy.      I will point out that I think Lifetime Partners in Tver is a better agency however. Marc is my reasoning and I realize it is subjective but then again what about this is not.  LP knows each and every one of their girls. When I was there I saw girls put out of the program for questionable actions, BUT only after they were given warnings. They have an older woman who manages the correspondence. Each girl has to pick up her own mail. If there are issues, Galina and Nada deal with it right then. I have never got the full jist of what was said to my wife after we matched but it roughly worked out to this is one of the most sincere guys we have had in a while, he cares about you and if you mess it up, you are out.      LP is really helpful. Wind of Wander (Kiev)	July 1998	In July, 1998 I met a couple of very attractive girls through an obscure little agency in Kiev where I was treated very well. They meet the essential criteria. They have a phone number/FAX and email address. They have a street address and welcome visitors.  They will sell an address and phone number and allow an interested male direct contact with the lady of his choice. They offer pick-up and delivery from / to Borispil Airport and rental apartments.      Their prices are moderate and they made no attempt to overcharge me for extras.  Their office personnel go the extra mile and then declined my offer of payment for the extra service.  Several months later I discovered a well known scammer on their website. I emailed them with proof and in a few days she was history.      Wind of Wander is a professional company and I think  they deserve to be on your list.	Dave

Introductions by Irina* (St. Petersburg)	Jan 1998	If there is one good thing I can say about my trip, it is about Irina Borisova (of Introductions by Irina).  She went to a ridiculous amount of trouble for me, and refused payment for any of her services other than translation and introduction.      She arranged an apartment for me, she arranged transportation to and from the airport, she gave me free and honest advice about the women I met, and when I got hurt she totally came to my rescue.      She got some crutches and groceries and brought them to me, she took me out shopping and on a sightseeing tour because she was afraid I would hurt myself again if I went alone, and she even once did my laundry for me.       Irina refused payment for all of this.      I cannot speak highly enough of her.  She is my only true friend in Russia.
