Much good advice has
been offered on this subject but, as usual, you may find my advice somewhat
different.
Prior to corresponding
with a woman from the Russian
Federation, it is best to gain a
perspective on how to evaluate the letters and the fantasies that develop
over E-mail relationships.
Learning about the
culture will be a great help in providing understanding. Your perception and
choice of woman now and, say, 6 months after visiting will be completely
different based on this understanding.
A really attractive
Russian woman found on the general dating web sites such as are readily found
knows very well that she will get hundreds, if not thousands, of letters from
lonely American men.
The ratio of really
attractive, model-type women of any nationality typically found on many
dating sites having continuous e-mail access to the average man in the US is
hard to guess but probably is near to 1:1,000. That girl who readily and
quickly professes love is not real. She is "working" maybe 1,000 men and
will get lots of attention from men who are putty in her hands. The majority
of these men have no perspective with which to judge her sincerity. In
reality, the true model-type women are not found on the general dating sites,
they have way too many options already.
Good advice to those
starting correspondence is “Do not send money until you have met in person.”
My advice is figure out
your vacation budget and schedule and go visit the country of your choice,
but go armed with a bundle of books under your
arm to enable you to gain as much insight as you can about the sincere
Russian women, their culture and the language.
That last point is not as
strange as it sounds. Learning just the alphabet is very useful.
Learning some of the language is better yet. Plan on the vacation
adventure of a lifetime, meet lots of women and return home to continue
communications if you wish.
The reason for this
advice is to get the man contemplating searching the Federation of Russian
States for a possible future mate to think deeply of the possible pitfalls
that may be encountered as well as the challenges presented by a very unique
culture.
Most men do not know what
you they are getting into. The culture and the nature of these women might
not be for everyone. It is easy to get caught up into the fantasy presented
on the surface by some agencies.
No doubt, without
knowledge of the unique culture, most American men judge the FRS women based
on their common knowledge of American women. That knowledge will lead them
in the wrong direction and towards the wrong behaviors to really attract the
Russian woman of his dreams.
I would say that the
search for Russian women and the Russian culture are NOT for the majority of American men. This especially includes
those embarking on this endeavor because they are fantasizing, with scant
knowledge of the Russian culture, of “easy” Russian women.
It takes patience and
being very open to new things to be able to fully embrace an unknown culture.
A Russian woman is NOT simply a slimmer and infinitely more feminine version
of an American woman.
Forget what you have
learned about dating and courting in the US in recent years, and remember the manners and social customs your mother tried
to teach you many years ago and be prepared to learn a few more.
What will you find during
your first trip? A dark hole full of problems and challenges or a terribly rich and deep culture of wonderful people?
What is found all depends on you and your individual approach. If a man can
look for the interesting and wondrous offerings in a new experience and not
the comparisons to what he ‘knows’ from his present experiences, he will do
just fine. Most Americans have too little exposure to other cultures to
understand that different ways of doing things are just as valid as what is
done at home. In many case, even more so.
He will also find that
the countryside is crawling with “babes”. Everywhere he may travel, he will
be amazed how attractive females can be when they are slim, toned, poised,
have super posture, wear very fashionable clothing, will not be seen
unless perfectly groomed, and are very friendly and approachable.
Maybe, just maybe, they
are not of a different species but the American man will gain that impression
if he is not used to interacting with women that are not afraid to be female.
Be prepared to decide
never have another date with an American woman. That is a normal reaction of
the average man returning home after their first visit.
Good luck! You may just find that learning of the unique culture of Russia
and her wonderful people can become your new addiction.
